Filmagens do remake de EVIL DEAD começam na Nova Zelândia

As filmagens de EVIL DEAD começaram em Auckland, Nova Zelândia e terminarão em Julho de 2012.

A Ghost House Pictures produz o aguardado remake do filme cult de 1981, que lançou as carreiras de Sam Raimi, RobTapert  e Bruce Campbell.  A produtora traz todos eles de volta para produzir um EVIL DEAD para um novo público, com muito terror, gore, reviravoltas na história e muito mais a partir de um roteiro escrito por Fede Alvarez e Rodo Sayagues. Os produtores executivos são J.R. Young, Nathan Kahane, Joseph Drake e Peter Schlessel.

Após ficarem presos em uma afastada cabana, cinco amigos de 20 e poucos anos encontram o Livro dos Mortos, e sem saber dos perigos presentes, conjuram demônios adormecidos que vivem na floresta. Os demônios começam a possuir jovem por jovem, deixando apenas um para lutar pela sobrevivência.

O núcleo de jovens e talentosos atores inclui Jane Levy (da série “Suburgatory”) como Mia; Shiloh Fernandez (“A Garota da Capa Vermelha”) como David; Lou Taylor Pucci (“Vírus”) como Eric; Jessica Lucas (“Cloverfield – Monstro”) como Olivia e Elizabeth Blackmore (da série “Legend of the Seeker”) como Natalie.

“O elenco de novos talentos tem o mesmo espírito que nós tínhamos quando fizemos o filme original”, diz Tapert. “O desejo de proporcionar ao público uma experiência inesperada e escandalosa em filmes de terror”.

EVIL DEAD é o primeiro longa-metragem do uruguaio Fede Alvarez. Ele estudou Cinema e Comunicação e mais tarde abriu sua própria empresa de produção e pós-produção. Em 2005 ele ganhou uma bolsa de estudos para completar seu Mestrado em Roteiro em Amsterdam. Em Novembro de 2009, ele fez um curta-metragem de quatro minutos chamado Panic Attack!, que se transformou instantaneamente em um fenômeno viral na Internet, o que despertou o interesse de Hollywood e da produtora Ghost House Pictures em particular.

“Fede Alvarez é um artista brilhante. Como diretor, ele entende o que faz uma história funcionar e como juntar as peças”, diz Raimi. “Eu estou muito empolgado para ver esta história, com a qual eu me importo muito, ser recontada por um ótimo contador de histórias”.

A autora, que também é atriz e fazedora cultura, reúne  neste livro seus textos do Blog – são crônicas do cotidiano sob a ótica observadora e pontual de Tatá.

Tatá Lopes tem 34 anos e viveu em Magé até a juventude. Na cidade já demonstrava paixão pela escrita escrevendo para alguns periódicos.
Em 1996 foi para o Rio de Janeiro estudar teatro, onde se formou em 1999 pela Cal. Trabalhou como produtora dos diretores Gerald Thomas e João Falcão.
Em 2003 se uniu a Rodrigo Fagundes, Flávia Guedes e Wendell Bendelack e juntos criaram o espetáculo “Surto”, que deu origem à Cia de Teatro “Os Surtados”, há quase 10 anos em cartaz e com mais de 1 milhão de espectadores.
Em 2007 foi convidada por Diogo Boni para fazer parte do time de blogueiros do portal Bloglog.
Em 2008 teve um de seus textos publicado pelo publicitário Washington Olivetto no livro “O primeiro a gente nunca esquece”.
É atriz do programa “Sensacionalista” e criadora do Vlog “Minutos de Sabedoria”, onde assina junto com Adeline Ramalho, texto e direção.
